Well I hope everyone is having a great summer so far. I had just gotten finished with writing a long message when my computer crashed due to low battery. Ugh! The subject wording was for you Amy B.

I am doing well and I still get stronger and better every week. I have recently begun taking hip hop aerobics at 24Hour Fitness to burn some calories and to pick up a few new moves. I love it.

As you may know I will be in Arizona doing a clinic there in July. I am excited about this and on one of the nights we are having a session where I will talk to the group about my experiences, do a Q and A, meet and take photos with everyone. It will be a more personable meeting which makes it nice but anyone can come.  It is nice to be moving around again, I have been taking golf lessons also.

India I miss you cheering for me, I hope that school went well and you can enjoy your time off. I am sure your parents will keep you busy....hello to the Carvell's. Amy S., Jeff, Bones, MJ hello and I hope everyone is doing well. Until I check in again, good night.
